Each batch is roasted to perfection in copper kettles using fresh ground cinnamon, and vanilla. No oils or preservatives are used in our cooking process, ensuring the best products and gourmet flavor that you know us for! Completely Nuts Inc, opened in 1991, with just a roaster at a local fair. Since then we have grown to be nationally known for our premiere products, our outstanding customer service and our commitment to bringing the best to our clients. We take pride in being the best at what we do and offering that to our customers nationwide.We are located year-round at Chicago's world famous Navy Pier, and travel the country with our one-of-a-kind custom built carts to venues near and far.

Now we have 2 permanent locations on Navy Pier in Chicago, 2 locations at the Iowa State Fair, we travel to indoor and outdoor events in the Chicagoland area and to select events in the Midwest.

This always ensures that we produce the highest quality of gourmet nuts.  Our home base is a Chicago Original located on Navy Pier where we produce our quality fresh and delicious roasted nuts. Our highly trained staff members always process the same way; Slowly roasting in a copper kettles we combine our nuts, cinnamon, and vanilla by hand. As the nuts are roasted in small batches each step in the process must meet our quality control standards. We are working very hard to provide all of our friends from across the country with information on how to get our Cinnamon roasted nuts. Many people connect with us at our many fairs, festivals and craft show events. This past year we setup our Nut Carts and started roasting. Our live events were as diverse as the people we met.
